Important Dates


The Beaver County Sports Hall of Fame will hold its annual banquet on Sunday, May 1, 2011, at 5:30 pm at The FEZ (2312 Brodhead Road, Hopewell Township, Aliquippa, PA 15001). Click here for directions.


The Executive Committee will host Saturday Night Get Together (April 30, 2011) for the Class of 2009 Inductee and a guest at The FEZ at 6:30 pm. Click here for directions.


Important Information for Inductees


Personal Write Up

(Due February 11, 2011)

Please send to your contact person a personal write up by February 11, 2011. The information will be used to draft the documentation about you that appears in the Banquet Program Booklet and the wording for your personal plaque and the plaque that will be displayed at the Community College of Beaver County Dome. Please note that your write up may be edited for space, given that words are limited on the plaque and the Executive Committee would like all the inductees to receive equal billing in the program booklet.


Photography by James

(Due March 4, 2011)

All Hall of Fame photography is handled by Jim Bango of Photography by James (, 724.728.1345, Studio address: 688 Third Street, Beaver 15009). Inductees are asked to stop at the studio on or before March 4, so that a FREE current photograph of you can be taken for the banquet poster. Please bring a clear black and white "action photo" of yourself from your playing days to the studio to be scanned and return immediately. These photographs will be used for newspaper articles, banquet posters, plaques, program booklet, and the Hall of Fame website.

You can download forms for ticket reservations (due April 20), program booklet advertisements (due April 8) and patron ads (due April 8).


Saturday Night Get Together

At the Saturday Night Get Together, each inductee will receive a banquet guest ticket, a reserved parking pass, program booklet, and a laminated placemat. Inductees will receive at the banquet a commemorative plaque and photograph. Later, a DVD of the banquet will be sent to the inductees.
